There isn’t enough Graham Crackers love in the world. Being square is good. Or is it rectangular? I love the crunch followed by the melt in your mouth of warm brown sugar cinnamon-y goodness. I love how they are a “go with the flow” kind of snack. You can eat ‘em with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk…whatever. They won’t argue. You need a pie crust: they’re happy to help you. Sprinkle them on a drink: that’s cool too. We’d all smile more if we ate more graham crackers.

I may or may not have taken it home, waited till the child was asleep, lit a candle, pulled a blanket over my lap and slowly eaten a slice of this in the dark while purring.
